    3. Hi Regina, from what we understand, she hydroplaned and lost control. It was a two lane road so not any room for error. So very sorry for your loss.

    4. I have a pretty good idea what happened. I was very close to Raquel since she was about 16 yrs old. I was also there when her husband had sent money to some shady tire shop. Juan Perez had paid for used tires. Raquel spoke to Juan on the phone. Juan advised Raquel where to meet the guy selling tires. Raquel asked my opinion of the tires. I told her the tread looked to low and not to buy them. Raquel was insistent that she buy one of the 2 brands the Mexican was offering out the back of his pickup. Now anyone with the authority to do so could subpoena Juan's bank records and see that the tire shop or individual representing these discount tires sold them and should be held accountable for her death and of the 11 yr old. I was trailing behind her and was the first one to get to her. It was raining and there was water collected in the road. Unfortunately as quickly as I was able to reach her she had passed from her injuries and the impact. I am sorry about your friend and my prayers to her family and the Hendry Family. I did not personally know either family and the impact to me has been enormous, I can only imagine the families. May god bless them all. May your friend rest in peace.

How fast was each vehicle going on wonder to cause such tragedy. Someone must have gone over speed limit. In bad weather you should be more careful driving, at or below speed limit and being alert

  10. I'm Mr. Perez I was Raquel's legal husband. If any one knows more detailed information about the accident plesase comment in this space.,I would also like to share that she also had a dog with her that could have got her distracted, she had one previous accident because the dog got her distracted, and 2 other incidents due to distraction with the dog,I Always tried to get rid of the dogs but she would not let them go,she had just picked up her car from the BMW dealership about 2 days before the accident.,it could also have been the bad weather. This has been very devastating for me and its been very difficult.
