LABELLE, FL. -- The LaBelle Garden Club met April 3rd at 6 p.m. at the Port LaBelle Inn for a tour of the St. Matthews garden and macadamia nut tree farm.
The regular club meeting is to be delayed one week, since the LaBelle Garden Club and the community were invited to tour the vegetable gardens at the Port LaBelle Inn on Monday.
The fruit & vegetable gardens are planted and maintained by the St Matthew’s rehab program at the Inn. Everyone will be treated to fresh, organic garden treats prepared by the kitchen crew.
The pubic and everyone were welcome to come to the Port LaBelle Inn to visit and pick vegetables from the garden.
