Kenneth Shields Dies At 67

Kenneth “Kenny” Shields, age 67, a resident of LaBelle formerly of Kennoway, Scotland passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers. 

Kenny was born on May 07, 1956, in Buckhaven, Scotland. 

He was a scheduler for Peace River Citrus retiring in 2020. 

He loved hiking, photography, and writing. Kenny is survived by his loving family; wife Diane Shields; stepdaughter Jennifer White; children Lyndsey Shields, Kevin (Diane) Shields and Siohan (Fraser) Madden; grandchildren Callie White, Ezri, Alex, Finlay, Cailen, Jareth and Rohan. 

A visitation will be held at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, 560 E. Hickpochee Ave. LaBelle FL 33935 on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. 

A graveside service will be held at Fort Denaud Cemetery, 1170 Cemetery Road, LaBelle FL 33935 on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM, Officiant L.W. Howard He will be forever missed, until we meet again.
