Gualberto Gamboa Arrested Again On Cocaine Charges




LABELLE, FL. -- On Thursday, May 17, 2018, at approximately 10:30 pm, Hendry County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit was requested to respond to the home of 35 year old Gualberto Gamboa, who resides at 4291 Ft. Keis Ave., LaBelle. The mobile home at that location, according to Hendry records is the homestead property of Sandra A. Golemme.


It had been reported that a State Probation Officer was currently inside the residence conducting a home search of a probationer. Gamboa is on State Probation for Charges of Cocaine Possession once in July of 2013, again in August 2013 and for the third time in late August 2013 Possession of Cocaine with intent to Deliver/Sell/Manufacture (Trafficking Cocaine). The State Probation Officer stated that while searching the home he located a substance which appeared to be and tested positive for Cocaine. A larger amount of cocaine was located in a separate room.

HCSO Narcotics Unit obtained a search warrant and entered the residence. As a result, Narcotics Deputies seized 1.5 pounds of cocaine, 200 grams of marijuana, 8 marijuana vape pens, and numerous packaging materials to include baggies, scales and tools to facilitate the processing of cocaine. Deputies also seized $1,182.00 from the residence as proceeds of the sale of narcotics.

Gamboa was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Cocaine w/ Intent to Sell, Trafficking in Cocaine over 28 grams, Possession of Marijuana w/ Intent to Sell, Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams, Possession of Drug Equipment and Violation of Probation.
