Jose Rico Paz Dies At 60

Jose Rico Paz age 60, of Clewiston, Florida passed away at his home on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Jose was born on September 13, 1963 in Mexico to Eugenio and Felicitas Paz Rico Figueroa. 

He married Maria Figueroa. Jose worked for many years as a truck driver. He attended St Margaret Catholic Church along with his wife. 

Jose enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved Jose. 

Jose leaves fond memories with his loving wife, Maria Figueroa of Clewiston, his children; Daniel Rico, Jose Rico, Jr, Ana Rico and Leticia Rico along with four loving grandchildren. 

Jose also leaves memories with his loving siblings; Rosendo Rico Paz, Jesus Rico Paz, Eufemio Rico Paz, Rafael Rico Paz, Alicia Rico Paz, Maria Elena Rico Paz and Ofelia Rico Paz. 

Mass of Christian Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at St. Margaret Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 5-7 p.m., at Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston. 

Burial will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Mass of Christian Burial arrangements are being handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston.
