LABELLE, FL. -- On Friday, May 6, 2022, members of the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office arrested five individuals on drug related warrants. These charges include Trafficking, Possession, and/or Sales of Narcotics within Hendry County. These warrants stemmed from undercover drug buys and previous investigations. Investigators are still looking for 30-year-old Juan E. Rodriguez of LaBelle on drug related charges.
Those arrested are:
21-year-old, Thomas Ferguson of LaBelle - 2 Counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, two counts of Use of two-way Devise to Facilitate a Felony, and Sale of Methamphetamine.
29-year-old Daniel Seth Gran of LaBelle – Sale of Methamphetamine, Sale of Marijuana and Use of Two-Way Device to Facilitate a Felony.
62-year-old Jessie Posey of LaBelle – Sale of Methamphetamine and Use of Two-Way Device of Facilitate a Felony.
39-year-old Liborio Marquez of LaBelle – Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Sale of Methamphetamine and Two Counts Use of Two-Way Device to Facilitate a Felony;
46-year-old Gina L. Napier of LaBelle – Possession of Methamphetamine, Napier was released on 04/29/2022 on $5,000.00 bond.
The other four men are still being held in the Hendry County Jail on above listed charges.
