Bartow, Fla. – Guided by the feedback from the communities they serve, FDOT District One recently launched their redesigned website, SWFLroads.com.
An online repository of information for all of District One’s major projects, the new website’s design was inspired by the public’s suggestions for SWFLroads.com to be more engaging and easier to navigate.
“We work tirelessly with our partners to better serve the communities we are in as part of our ongoing efforts to keep Florida safely moving,” said L.K. Nandam, District One Secretary. “After listening to our site’s users, we determined that our primary goal during the redesign process was to create a more valuable, user-centric and responsive resource across all platforms and devices that the public will want to go to for all things District One.”
The new value-added content and capabilities of SWFLroads.com include:Easier navigation: current and future projects are now separate and easier to search for by county, city, road or project number
