Henry was born April 9th, 1927, to William H McDuffie and Cuthburt (Browning) McDuffie in Venus, Florida.
Henry proudly served in the United States Navy in World War II and The Korean War, earning many medals, accolades, and honors. After being injured serving his country, Henry lived an amazing life, forever beating statistics, overcoming any obstacle in his path, and proving himself the ultimate solider.
He was a good husband, sold cars, ran dealerships, ran for Hendry County Judge, owned several businesses, including a thrift store and a bar, but he was most proud of his five children. Tina McDuffie Whidden, Bonnie McDuffie Warren, Shonda McDuffie, Patrick McDuffie, & William McDuffie.
He was loved and respected by all who knew him.
Henry was predeceased in death by his parents and several of his siblings. He is survived by his five children, two daughter-in- laws, one son-in-law, thirteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one sister, one sister-in-law, and several beloved nieces, and nephews.
Services will be held at Ortona Cemetery on January 6th at 10 am. Following the services, the family will receive visitors at the family home in Lakeport.
