Older Driver Awareness Week December 4-8

Older Driver Safety Awareness Week is almost here! This annual national campaign developed by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) takes place December 4-8, 2023, spreading awareness throughout the week on the unique challenges faced by older drivers and provide valuable information on how to stay safe on the road. 

This week, and each week beyond, the Safe Mobility for Life Coalition urges Floridians to embrace mobility independence – the power to safely move around your community, whether you are driving or not.

Older Driver Safety Awareness DAY! This hybrid event will be hosted at the Florida State University Claude Pepper Center on Wednesday, December 6 and livestreamed nationwide.
