"All is currently well in Glades County. Archie and fire crews rode out early this morning to assess roadways and damages. Fire crews removed some downed limbs in Muse that were causing road blockage, no major damages have been reported.
"We will continue to monitor for potential flooding from sheet flow mid to late next week. We did see around 320 homes effected by power outages yesterday from Glades Electric, due to fallen limbs on power lines. They were able to restore all power by last night. Thank you Glades Electric for all your hard work yesterday!
"One of those fallen limbs did cause a brush fire in Port Labelle that threatened a home. Engine 44 was stationed at Muse Station 3 yesterday for additional coverage and was able to arrive on scene in 10 minutes, and quickly extinguish the brush fire resulting in the home being saved."
