The 12-week course consists of one-hour classes held twice weekly and will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Participants must plan on attending both weekly sessions.
The course helps older adults improve their balance and reduce the risk of falling. Participants will feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility and feel more confident after completing this evidenced-based Tai Chi program. Participants must be 60 years or older.
