Why We're Gaining Weight - Fast Food Servings Getting Bigger

A new study at Boston University demonstrates why we're all gaining weight, and over the decades the food served at fast food restaurants is not getting any healthier as portion size, calories, and added salt and sugars amounts are increasing over the past decades, says Dr. Megan McCrory.

McCrory summarized the report saying, "Despite the vast number of choices offered at fast-food restaurants, some of which are healthier than others, the calories, portion sizes, and sodium content overall have worsened (increased) over time and remain high."
