IMMOKALEE, FL. -- Three died in a crash early Monday morning on State Road 82 in northeastern Collier County.
Andrew Remick 28, of Fort Myers was eastbound on State Road 82 in the westbound lane approximately 3 miles west of State Road 29 Monday morning at 12:59 a.m. as Diego Hernandez, 20 of Lehigh Acres was westbound on State Road 82 in the westbound lane approximately 3 miles
west of State Road 29.
The front of Remick's Jeep struck the front of Hernandez' Jaguar in the westbound lane of State
Road 82.
Both vehicles became fully engulfed in flames, the Jeep came to final rest facing south on
the north grassy shoulder of State Road 82 while the Jaguar came to final rest facing east in the eastbound lane of State Road 82.
Hernandez' passenger Lisette Alanis, 20 of Lehigh Acres died in the crash along with both drivers.
The crash remains under investigation.
