Harlem Arrest After Traffic Stop

CLEWISTON, FL. -- On May 17, 2007, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Hendry County Sheriff's Office Deputy Nathan Kirk stopped a vehicle for a traffic law violation at the corner of 10th. Street and Carolina Avenue in the Harlem community. The driver, Kerry Bakari Moseley, age 22 of 1107 Virginia Avenue, was arrested for D.U.I. As a result of the arrest, Deputies searched Moseley and his vehicle locating an electronic scale, a .38 caliber pistol, and approximately 83 grams of marijuana. In addition to the D.U.I. charge, Moseley was charged with Carrying A Concealed Weapon, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Narcotic Equipment.
