Kids Make Smiles With PB & J Sandwiches

Key Club Distributes Sandwiches At United Way

LABELLE, FL. -- The Kiwanis Club of LaBelle Key Club recently made about 100 Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches and helped distribute these sandwiches to folks in our community on Wednesday, February 6th at the United Way Building in LaBelle.

They worked with members from United Way and Salvation Army. One lady who received a sandwich was overheard saying "How wonderful, this is really comfort food!"

The Key club members from LaBelle High School really enjoyed helping with this community project and seeing the smiling faces of the people who received a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
