    Well lets see,
First of all our hearts go out to the family of this girl.
    That being said:
It does not take an investigator to be a rocket scientist to know that he probably needs to look no further than the yellow Hummmer household and take the other girl's story with a grain of salt. If the other girl that eventully "returned home" is indeed the doughter of the yellow Hummer lady then there is likely more to this story.
The problem is that no one actually investigates anything of importance unless a citizen has already obtained actual evidence and even then it can not conflict with the drug dealers, money skimmers, or even the people that benefit from these scumbags in Montura.
Montura is absolutely lawless. It is PROTECTED. It is defended by an army of ignorant misfits benefiting from the local drug dealing, racketeering, land fraud, and corruption. Everyone including the Law knows who the criminals are, but yet no one touches them.
