Hmmm...let's see. Who could have done this? Perhaps the mature few who are being told NOT to ride their off road vehicles in the neighborhood? Just guessing. I'm sure if one looked closely enough, there would be other clues as to who did this. I personally believe their parents should pay the bill to replace the sign this time and that the MIT grads who did it should have to serve time doing something productive in their community.
I think your absolutely right, these idiot's think they can do as they please in the neighborhoods. I have this same problem in my neighborhood up and down my streets day and night and nothing is ever done with them. Serving some community time might change their minds about things.
