UPDATE: Upon further investigation it has been revealed that the Corrections Deputy was escorting two female trustees outside to the south parking lot while they were taking out the trash. It was at this time one of the trustees faked an injury and while the Deputy was addressing this, Woods took the opportunity to take off running east toward the Save-A-Lot Plaza.
