Sunday, September 27th -- 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Palmdale Baptist Church - 510 Seminole Avenue, Palmdale, FL 33944

Monday, September 28th -- 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Location: Glades County Health Department - 1021 Healthpark Drive, Moore Haven

Wednesday, September 30th -- 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Location: Hendry County Health Department - 1100 S. Olympia, Clewiston, FL 33440

Friday, October 2nd -- 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Location: Hendry County Health Department - 1140 Pratt Blvd. LaBelle, FL 33935

Persons tested will be given instructions on how to receive their test results.
