LABELLE, FL -- Bexley Sumter Inc., a ranch land company based in Wildwood, Florida has purchased 2,236 acres of vacant land at 18265 Marshall Field Road, in Glades County.
The large acquisition sits along the Caloosahatchee River across the river from the Port LaBelle Inn and the Port LaBelle Marina.
The purchase was for $8,511,401 or about $3,800 an acre. The land is at the far eastern end of Marshall Field Road along dirt roads.
