Rural Health Network Offers Free Online Workshops in April-May

OKEECHOBEE, FL. -- As COVID-19 continues to impact the nation and our rural communities, it’s more important now than ever to 1) be informed about local resources and know how to navigate the health system and 2) manage our chronic conditions to stay healthy and safe.

Lake Okeechobee Rural Health Network is offering two free workshops for rural residents around Lake Okeechobee – we hope you’ll consider joining us yourself and/or share this within your community and among your network. Participants enjoy the workshops and appreciate the information shared – many tell us after the last session how much the information learned as helped them.
