Curiously, SunSky Homes LLC is also found online at the same address at 750 Cowboy Way. That company went out of business according to the Secretary of State's office in 2009, but bad Google reviews cite unsatisfied customers as late as two months ago. Similar bad reviews are found for M J Newell Homes.

Real Estate License Troubles:
Newell, Sr. has had a Real Estate Sales License since 2010 and had disciplinary action taken by the Real Estate Board in 2015 ending with Newell paying a fine, costs, and required to take educational courses.
Some recent Google reviews of M J Newell Homes this week have not been kind. One reviewer said, "BEWARE!!! They will increase the price of the home just like Heartland Homes of Florida is doing (see their google reviews for reference)."
