Lydia G. Strickland age 77 of Clewison. Florida died on November 30, 2022 at Sebring Extended Family Care in Sebring, Florida after a brief illness. Lydia was born in Clewiston, Florida on April 21, 1945 to the late Robert Gerald and Laura Madeline Bevill Goedhart. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed by everyone who loved and knew her. Lydia leaves fond memories with her son; Robert Strickland and his wife Sharon of Clewiston, grandchildren; Matthew Webb of Orlando, Edward Paul Strickland of Orlando, Peter Webb of Orlando, Sarah Spicer of South Carolina and one great granddaughter; Ellie June Strickland of Orlando, one sister; Amy Campbell and her family of Sebring, Florida. Lydia was preceded in death by her husband John Paul Strickland, son; Edward Strickland, daughter; Laura Strickland Spicer, and infant daughter, a sister; Sarah Goedhart. Lydia's life will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 with a 10:00 a.m. graveside at Ridgelawn Cemetery with Rev. Daniel Fairbanks officiating. Celebration arrangements are being handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston.
Kathy Lanelle Mason age 68 of Clewiston, Florida died on November 30, 2022 at Jupiter Medical Center. Kathy was born on December 17, 1953 to the late Ray Robert and Bonnie Sue Gately Boothe. She was a floral designer most of her adult life. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will always be missed and loved by everyone who knew her. Kathy leaves fond memories with her son; Frederick Parantha and his family of LaBelle, Florida, daughters; Christy Joy Bunting and Kimberly Jones, sisters; Barbara McCraw of Pinson, Alabama, Karen Williams, Kay Bushman, brother; Michael Blagg along with six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and a brother; Jerry Boothe. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston.
