Rudolph Sumner Dies At 96

Rudolph R Sumner, age 96, of LaBelle, passed away April 23, 2020 in Lehigh Acres. 

He was born Feb. 14, 1924 in Tipton, GA. He served during World War II in the Navy. He worked as a Rancher and Farmer.
