CLEWISTON, FL. (March 6, 2006) -- Ongoing investigations into 3 separate
burglaries in Montura Estates have led to 2 arrests. According to Sheriff
Ronnie Lee, Clifford Roland Long age 32 of 755 Trebol Street Montura
Estates, Fl.,
has been arrested and charged with 3 counts of Burglary, 3 counts of
Grand Theft and 2 counts of Dealing in Stolen Property and Lola Dean
Clark age 45 of 170 Datil Street Montura Estates, Fl., has been arrested
and charged with 2 counts of Burglary, 2 counts of Grand Theft and 2
counts of Dealing in Stolen Property. Long and Clark were both booked
into the Hendry County Jail with Bond set for Long at $77,000.00 and
$52,000.00 for Clark. Hendry County Sheriff's Office Criminal
Investigators have recovered $17,870.00 of the stolen property.
