Great Great Grandson Of Captain Hendry At Museum
LABELLE, FL. -- Cape Coral attorney Hank Hendry will be the program speaker for the November 4 meeting of the LaBelle Heritage Museum at 7 o�clock in the commission chambers of LaBelle City Hall, Highway 80 West.
Hendry�s topic is the Battle of Fort Myers, the southernmost conflict in the American Civil War. Hendry is a great great grandson of LaBelle's founder Captain Francis Asbury Hendry as well as being a Southwest Florida History buff.
A short business meeting will follow the program. Visitors to LaBelle Heritage Museum meetings at LaBelle City Hall should enter directly into the commission chambers at the rear of City Hall; the front door will not be open.
