LABELLE, FL. -- The weather forced LaBelle Kiwanis to reschedule their Kids Day event for November 16th
The Kiwanis Club of LaBelle will present their annual Kiwanis Kids’ Day Saturday, November 16th at Barron Park. The Kiwanis Club has sponsored this event for over 35 years and they invite everyone to join them for a fun-filled day for the whole family.
The event will have entertainment, adoptable dogs, pony rides, fossils, games and bounce houses.
The LaBelle High School Kiwanis Key Club will provide face painting. The Kiwanis Builders Club from West Glades School will provide a rock painting activity. Additionally, Mary the Clown, Smokey Bear, McGruff the Crime Dog and the Crash Dummies will all be there!
There will be a girls and boys bike raffled off, and one with training wheels for younger kids. The bikes were generously donated by LaBelle Vision Ace Hardware.
Enjoy popcorn, snow cones and make your own s’mores. Kiwanis members will be serving drinks, chips, nachos, hot dogs and pizza. The event starts at 10am and will end at 2pm.
Additionally there will be lots of agencies, businesses and community partners set up in the Barron Park to provide fun things and educational information for kids and their families.
