I can't believe it "finally" happened. I have been to the Long Branch and knew I did not belong there when I'd seen what was going on. There was no shame between the dealer and buyer, they were just too cool....My Hat is off to the Sheriff's Dept. Great Job!!

it is sad , sometimes you cant help your children and try to teach them right but when they get to the adult age there is not much you can do it breaks your heart ,they have to learn the hard way .

Teach them right? Expect more of Don Davis' granddaughter? I was a reporter for a short time in LaBelle in the mid 1980s. County Commissioner Don Davis was running drugs and terrorizing people then. With little direct information in hand, I went to the only cop I trusted, who told me he had "a file six-inches thick on Don Davis" and that I better be very careful. I'm so glad to read of this arrest. In this case, it's that the apple didn't fall far from the tree, and while I didn't enjoy my time in LaBelle, I always hoped Don Davis would get what was coming to him. Maybe this is how it's happening.
