High Salaries - Abundance Of Staff Contribute To High Costs?

FORT MYERS, FL. -- One major factor contributing to high tuition costs at Florida universities may be the cost of personnel.

The University has 1,213 employees including about 1,050 full timers. Enrollment shows about 12,000 students including part time students, or about 10 students for each employee.
