NAPLES, FL. -- Toni-Ann D. Innerarity, 19 of Naples is dead after an early Friday morning crash in Collier County.
A 2011 Nissan Versa was traveling south on Everglades Boulevard at 3:06 a.m. when for unknown reason, it crossed over the center lane divider and partially entered the northbound lane. Innerarity steered right causing the vehicle to begin to rotate clockwise while traveling onto the west shoulder.
Approximately 110 feet southwest of the intersection of 6th Avenue Southeast, it began to overturn onto its left side, causing the upper left side and roof (adjacent to the driver's seat) to collide into a large standing tree.
Innerarity had been unrestrained but became entrapped within the driver's seat. This was a moderate speed crash, said the FHP and it has not yet been determined whether alcoholic beverages or controlled substances contributed.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene. Anybody having information about this crash is asked to call Cpl. Jeff Rongish at 239-344-1730 or call Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
