Truck, Welding Equipment, And Trailer Stolen On State Road 29
On August 28th at approximately 0932 hours, the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office received a report reference the theft of a vehicle and trailer loaded with equipment and tools. The victim reported that on August 27th at approximately 2300 hours, he was driving his truck on State Road 29 near E Road when the front right wheel began to mess up and he pulled over.
The victim left the truck and trailer with equipment and tools on the side of the road and when he returned to this same location on the morning of the 28th, the vehicle, trailer and equipment were all gone.

The 2005 Dodge truck and the Bobcat were entered in FCIC/NCIC. The trailer was a homemade type trailer with no tag registered. The victim could not provide serial numbers for the remaining equipment at the time of report but will provide and this bulletin will be updated with those numbers.
