Obituaries - Norma Kentish, Kenneth Collier

Kenneth David Collier, age 70, of Moore Haven, passed away January 8, 2018 in Moore Haven.

He was born Aug. 21, 1947 in Moore Haven, FL, to the late Ira and Sarah Belle (Williams) Collier. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a jet mechanic. He worked as an automotive/small engine mechanic after the service.

Survivors include:

His mother Sarah Belle (Williams) Collier, a brother: Thomas Campbell Collier and two sisters: Irene Darlene Hunter and Dianne Conley,

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 20, 2018 at 2 PM at the First Baptist Church Moore Haven, FL with Pastor Sherill Tillery officiating. Arrangements by Akin-Davis Funeral Home - Clewiston.

Norma Leonie Kentish, age 88, of West Palm Beach, passed away January 6, 2018 in Port St. Lucie.She was born Sep. 11, 1929 in Kingston, Jamaica to the late Horatio Seville Jackson and the late Ethel Berlicia (Harper) Jackson

Survivors include her step son: David Harris, brother: George S. Jackson, sisters: Beth Stween, Madge M. Tinglin, Barbara Wilkins and Faye C. Jackson, one grandchild, one Great-Grandchild and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Lloyd Marlowe Kentish and son: Lloyd Marlowe Kentish, Jr.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 14, 2018, 10:00 am at Episcopal Church Of The Good Shepherd, 1098 Collingswood Pkwy, LaBelle with Rev. Alan H. Kelmereit and Rev. Panel Guerrier officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 30 Minutes Prior to the service at the church.
