LABELLE, FL. -- Grayson Hicks of Streamline Construction will explain the work that has already been done in restoring and rehabilitating LaBelle Heritage Museum's main building the 1912 William Hardy Poole General Store & Family Residence at the organization's Thursday, April 11 program at the LHM Complex at 360 North Bridge Street in the Downtown LaBelle Historic District starting at 5:30 p.m.
The early hour was deliberately chosen as Hicks will conduct a tour around the building and on the first floor explaining many of the changes to the exterior and the first floor and just what is planned for the next phase of the restoration of this 100 year old plus building including but not limited to the installation of a tower at the rear of the building that will house the vertical platform lift that will provide handicap access to the second floor of the building and open up more area for display and research.
