The meeting will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 at the Dallas B. Townsend Agricultural Center (1085 Pratt Boulevard in LaBelle) from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
We are looking for a large attendance of those who serve or live in Hendry/Glades Counties, so please share this invite with others that you may work with or that you feel would offer valuable feedback.
At the session, Peggy Brown from the Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida will begin with a brief presentation based on data collected from the Community Health Assessment and will follow with an exercise to select the overall focus areas for the CHIP.
At this point, there will be further breakouts to work on the details that will be included in the plan.
By the close of the meeting we will have a plan for objectives (focus areas) for the next five years and activities that the Healthier Hendry Glades Task Force can perform to support the CHIP.
