Investigation Continues In Death Of Bee Love Slater

CLEWISTON, FL. -- Shortly after 10:00am Friday, September 20, 2019, Hendry County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division, along with the HCSO Special Response Team, Road Patrol units and the State Fire Marshal Offices conducted a search warrant at 501 S. W.C. Owens in Clewiston Florida.

“ We are currently conducting a search warrant at this home regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of Bolman Slater, who called herself Bee Love Slater, who was found deceased inside the burned vehicle”, said Hendry County Sheriff Steve Whidden.

 “This continues to be an ongoing criminal investigation. We are following up on every lead, every bit of information we get,” continued Whidden. “This homicide has been one of the most gruesome homicides I’ve seen.”

Bolman Bee Love Slater, VI was found dead in her vehicle on September 4, 2019. The vehicle was found fully engulfed in flames.
