He is a Veteran of the US Army. He owned Hodges Glass in LaBelle. He was known to his family and others as Papa; Mr. Fix it, and our Hero.
Survivors include his wife: Janet (Farabee) Hodges two daughters: Fonda Woodward and Susan (Sharky) Smith, one brother: Wayne Hodges one sister: Dorothy Bussey 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday November 12 from 5 to 7 PM at the Akin-Davis Funeral Home 560 E. Hickpochee Ave. LaBelle.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 13, 2020 at 10:00 am at Fort Denaud Cemetery, LaBelle with Pastor L. W. Howard officiating.
