Free Entertainment Via Zoom - Magic And Music Shows

AAASWFL in Fort Myers is inviting older adults and their families to enjoy an interactive online magic show with renowned magician and mentalist Paul Draper as he helps them explore the “Mysteries of the Mind.” Draper will be accompanied with special guests Meadow Perry and Satomi Hofmann, details below. Scheduled events will take place over Zoom and require registration in advance. AAASWFL has been offering these events to combat the effects of isolation since November 2020.

WHO: Paul Draper (Host)

Paul Draper is a comedy presenter, magician, mind-reader, and speaker who has appeared on the History Channel, A&E, HBO, Hallmark, the Travel Channel, and HGTV. Draper has appeared with David Copperfield, Lance Burton, and Teller of Penn & Teller, and has headlined in Las Vegas in addition to his seven years as house magician for the Venetian Hotel & Casino.

Meadow Perry (May 12)

Meadow Perry is an award-winning performer. Perry's Bubble Magic is a show that takes the visual art of bubbles, storytelling, enchanting magic, thrilling music, and sophistication to create a captivating experience. Meadow is a leading member of the Association of International Bubble Artists and is an instructor on the topic of Bubble Sculpting with BubbleU. She is recognized as a world-famous expert in her field and has taught lectures to the most prestigious magic organizations in the world including The International Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians.

Satomi Hofmann (May 27)

Satomi Hofmann was recently performing on Broadway in the current cast of Phantom of the Opera, she starred in EFX opposite Phantom originator Michael Crawford and, later, David Cassidy. Credits include Theatre: Mme Giry (Phantom Broadway), Titania (Midsummer…); TV: “Gotham” (FOX), “The Affair” (Showtime), “Family Guy, Live” (Comedy Central); Film: Stuck (Words From Here), Burning Down (Just On Entertainment); Commercial: IBM, SmartWater, Applegate Farms.
