Are You Happy? - Take the Quiz And Discover How Happy You Are And Why

Bhutan is well-known for its unique approach to development, prioritizing Gross National Happiness (GNH) over Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The country conducts GNH surveys to assess the well-being of its people based on a broad set of factors. The GNH Index is built around nine domains, each containing detailed questions.

Here's a simplified Bhutan-style happiness survey adapted for use in other communities, schools, organizations, or even cities to discover the scope of your happiness.

Bhutan uses a happiness survey instead of the Gross National Product (GDP) as a measure of the quality of life of it's citizens.  This self-survey below keeps the spirit of Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness survey, but uses language and topics that are more universal.
