Kyle Hubbard Arrested In Hit And Run Death

ALVA, FL. -- After an exhaustive criminal investigation into the August 30, 2025, fatal hit and run traffic crash on Greenbriar Boulevard, Florida, Highway Patrol State Troopers have located and impounded the suspected hit and run vehicle (2019 Toyota Tundra).

Additionally, troopers have arrested the hit and run driver, Kyle Justin Hubbard (DOB 6/30/1976 of Alva), for leaving the scene of a crash involving death, leaving the scene involving property damage and tampering with evidence and booked him into the Lee County Jail. 

The incident remains under investigation.
