CLEWSTON, FL. -- The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and partner agencies are currently searching for a missing family of five in the Florida Everglades ecosystem.
The family consists of two adults and three children. FWC Officers began searching for the family yesterday and have ramped up efforts today.
The search is focused around the Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area, located in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
The FWC asks "If you are in and around this area today, please keep an eye out for the missing family. They are in a camouflaged airboat which will likely be difficult to see." (see photo above)
