Congressman Mahoney Denies Violating Law

"Private Matter" He Says In Alleged Payoff To Campaign Mistress

LABELLE, FL. -- Accompanied by his wife Terry, Congressman Tim Mahoney (FL-16) issued the following statement Tuesday morning:

I would have come forward earlier but making sure my family is ok is far more important than any political career. I have not violated my oath of office, nor have I violated any laws, and I consider this to be a private matter.  I take full responsibility for my actions and the pain I have caused my wife Terry and my daughter Bailey. No marriage is perfect, but our private life is our private life, and I am sorry that these allegations have caused embarrassment and heartache.

I have requested that the House Ethics Committee investigate the false allegations that have been repeated in the press. I want to be clear that I have not misused campaign funds and Im confident that when all the facts come to light, I will be cleared of any wrongdoing.

I think the people of my District know that I am a fighter and I am not going to allow this story coming out 20 days before an election to change my resolve to serve the people of the 16th Congressional District. I have worked hard and I am prepared to put my faith in the people and ask for their vote.

Oh, I see. It is OK for this guy because he is part of the same gang of apparent crooks and felons that are right now trying to take over our Country. Yet the homo last year that held the same seat was reamed and HIS party seat replaced quikly. They are both trash, treat them BOTH as trash, but equally.
    - And can someone tell me what his intrest in Hendry county was all about recently. What was in it for him? I have yet to see anyone take interest here without something personally to gain. Not that it matters because unless something happens in the 3 weeks 'till the fraudulant election its all over anyway.

It pains me to see the Republican Party stoop this low and to these kinds of tactic to regain this seat..It is only made worse by the comments being made by local seat holding Republicans..They may want to remember they have to run in 2 years and folks around here do not forget...

I also find it sad the publisher of this blog could not find something more news worthy to print about...than the private issues of someone.

It is obvious from the amount of crooks all around the country running under the democratic veil this election who the democrats are attracting, or perhaps are.
Hillary continues to endorse a alleged fraud for president that refuses to release information to a judge to prove who he is! Wait until you know the truth.... Thank you democrats for selling my country.
How long have you guys been planning this?..Or are you guys so stupid or are you actually communists by a different name?
