From the FHP report:
Vehicle 1 was traveling south on State Road 78, approaching the intersection with US-27. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on US 27, approaching the intersection with State Road 78. Vehicle 3 was traveling west on US-27, behind Vehicle 2.
Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the posted stop sign and entered directly into the path of Vehicle 2. As a result, the front of Vehicle 2 collided with the rear left of Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 rotated into the path of Vehicle 3. The front of Vehicle 3 collided with the front of Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 then overturned and came to rest on the paved median of US-27.
Vehicle 3 also came to rest on the median of US 27. Vehicle 2 came to rest on the outside lane of US-27. A 58 year old male from Tampa died in the crash.

Vehicle 2 had three other female passengers, with none to minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
