LABELLE, FL. -- According to court records Bryan Scott Boyle, also known as Brian Boyle, and the son of City of LaBelle's Superintendent of Public Works Michael A. Boyle, has been arrested and booked into the Hendry county jail in LaBelle for the 21st time.

Boyle, born October 5, 1976, was arrested September 30 for violating restrictions placed on his driving license. He had been previously arrested September 23 on the same charge.

Boyle was arrested August 22 for violation of drivers license restrictions, yes, on the same charge.

Boyle is often seen riding shirtless on a four-wheeled ATV around the streets of Port LaBelle and has been seen driving in Glades county at the marina area and driving the ATV along the river on the Army Corp of Engineer's property.

Sources say Boyle is unemployed and may have an alcohol or drug abuse problem and needs help, although the latest arrests found no drugs on him.

Boyle plead no contest at trial before Judge James Sloan and was adjudicated guilty on May 12 to a charge of violation of driver's license restrictions and unlawful attachment. He was given a sentence of 30 days in the Hendry County jail and court costs of $253.

Boyle was last found guilty of violation of probation on February 11, 2011 and a warrant was issued. He had been convicted of violating driver's license restrictions. Boyle had been in jail January 11, 2011 for violation of probation and released on $2500 bond.

His lengthy record in Hendry county includes numerous misdemeanor and felony arrests going back to 1993. Boyle's Hendry jail records shows 21 bookings on offenses since 1995, including seven charges this year alone.

Boyle lives with his mother at 4502 Springview Circle in Port LaBelle, the scene of the arrest of his friend John Robert Munson for probation violation in April, 2011. Munson was given six months in jail. Munson is the son of pharmacist John K. Munson, who formerly owned Hendry two county drug stores and is now owns a store in Highlands county in Lake Placid.

You ever wonder why drug USE is never stopped? I find that to the dope industry the USE is the gift that just keeps on giving. All it takes to stop a machine is to remove one of its parts.
