School Principal Tim Wilder Loses In Court Against Board

MOORE HAVEN, FL. -- Tim Wilder, current principal at Moore Haven Junior-Senior High School in Glades county has lost a lawsuit against his former employer the Dothan City, Alabama School Board where he was Superintendent of Schools.

Wilder sued the school board after he was fired in November 2014.  Allegations surfaced that Wilder sexually harassed Torrie Ethridge, a school board employee. Wilder was fired after a public hearing on the allegations.

Wilder sued the board to be reinstated as Dothan's Superintendent of Schools but the court instead granted a summary judgment in favor or the school board, denying Wilder's claim's.

Wilder was Dothan school superintendent from 2011. He was on the school board in the 1990s.

    I hope he appeals and all of the skeletons in Segrest's closet come tumbling out. Mr. Wilder was one of many innocents attacked by Segrest. He is unfit to practice law. Appeal this Mr. Wilder! Good luck and God bless.
