He was not wearing a seat belt.
The driver, 29 year old male from Immokalee had no injuries.
Five other passengers sustained minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.

Vehicle 1 was traveling north on County Road 833 (Sam Jones Trail).
Driver 1 lost control of Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 traveled off the roadway, overturned and collided with a fence.
Passenger 1 sustained serious injuries, was airlifted to Broward Health, and later pronounced deceased.
