Bo Pelham Park Opens
CLEWISTON, FL. -- A dedication ceremony of the W. C. "Bo" Pelham, Jr. Park took place Friday, January 28, 2011. The new park at 900 Evercane Road on the east side of Clewiston honors the late Bo Pelham, a former Hendry county commissioner and Clewiston Fire Chief.
A family style picnic was served at the opening ceremonies, sponsored by the U.S. Sugar Corporation, the City of Clewiston, Ridgdill & Sons Construction, Quality Electric, and the Clewiston Fire Department.
