The city is cracking down on political campaign signs which, according to city codes are not allowed on property until thirty days prior to an election, and cannot be within five feet of a right-of-way and must be separated by at least ten feet from any other signs.
Only one sign is allowed per single family lot and the city says any sign found in violation of the code will result in a warning and the property owner allowed 48 hours to remove the sign before a code violation case is issued to the property owner.
