Irma Jean Thomas, age 89, of Clewiston, passed away October 20, 2015 in Clewiston.
Irma was born Dec. 27, 1925 in Brantley County, GA, to the late James Elmer and the late Viola Margaret (Amons) Wildes. Irma was married to Ira Carl Thomas until he passed away on October 5, 2010. Irma was a member of First Baptist Church of Clewiston.
Irma leaves behind her two daughters; Sharon Bell and her husband Steve, Carlette Redish, two brothers; Griffith Wildes and Max Wildes, grandchildren; Chelsa Hilliard and her husband Joe, Jerome Redish, Nichole McCants and her husband Brad, Natalie Colon and her husband Juan, great grandchildren; Haden Redish, Rana Hilliard, Jack Hilliard, Ansley Redish, Grayson Redish, Mason McCants, Wildes Redish and Stella Colon.
Irma was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Adrea Smith, Sara Scruggs, Jimmy Wildes, Jack Wildes, and John Wildes.
Irma was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be sorely missed by all who loved and cared for her.
Celebration of Irma's Life will be held Friday, October 23, 2015 at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church Of Clewiston, with Rev. Bill Derryberry officiating. Interment will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clewiston. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00-7PM at Akin-Davis Funeral Home.

Francisco Garza, Jr., age 50, of Clewiston, passed away October 14, 2015 in Loxahatchee.
He was born Nov. 24, 1964 in Brownsville, TX, to Francisco and Bernarda (Gonzalez) Garza, Sr. Mr. Garza married San Juana Saucedo. He worked in agriculture for over 30 years. He was a life long Dallas Cowboys Football fan.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years: San Juana Garza, one son: Francisco (Rosie) Garza, III of Clewiston, FL and five daughters: Cruz (Margarito) Martinez, Melissa (Eduardo) Contreras, Jennifer Garza, Juanita (Daniel) Figueroa, Erica (Heath) Billie, one brother: Armando (Yolanda) Garza of Indiantown, FL and four sisters: Sandra Garza of Indiantown, FL, Vivian (Junior) Herrera of Indiantown, FL, Brenda (Juan) Sanchez of Indiantown, FL, Crystal (Julio) Ramos of Indiantown, FL, twelve grandchildren and 15 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 10:00 am at Camino A La Gloria, Clewiston with Rev. Manuel Manzano officiating. Interment will be Thursday, October 22, 2015 in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clewiston. Visitation was Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Clewiston, FL.
