Are You Super-Sizing? Want To Stop?

Serving the Right Size For A Healthier You

Super-sized meals have super inflated portion sizes, with extra added calories, fats, sugars, and salt.
The deadly combination will inflate your size around the waist as your super size habits become ingrained in your eating behavior.
Restaurants and food manufacturers may benefit by selling larger portions with higher profits, but there's absolutely no benefits for the average person.
Noticing your increasing waist size? Start downsizing to healthy portions and your body will downsize too. Check every food label and restaurant menus for hidden calories, added sugar, salt, and fats.

Learn to "eyeball" your food to gauge what’s too much -- and what’s just right.
Plan on changing your eating habits by substituting healthy foods and portions sizes for the giant sizes food portions served in restaurants and in packaged foods. Substitute fresh or frozen vegetable and fruits instead of processed foods that  always contain lots of hidden weight producing ingredients.

You body will thank you for not super-sizing, and instead substituting healthy foods and much smaller portion sizes.
