The Department of Health in Hendry and Glades Counties is now being operated out of the Florida Department of Health in Glades County located at 1021 Health Park Dr. Moore Haven, FL. 33471.
Water samples can be dropped off for testing Monday - Wednesday from 8am – 3:30pm.
If a resident’s private well has been damaged or compromised by Hurricane Irma, the fees will be waived for all Hendry and Glades County private well owners.
